“On Friday, the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) sent a letter to Auburn University President Christopher Roberts warning that more than 200 student baptisms, one of which was assisted by Auburn Tigers head football coach Hugh Freeze, somehow violated the Constitution’s Establishment Clause.”  https://www.foxnews.com/us/anti-religion-group-threatens-warn-auburn-university-after-200-kids-baptized-campus-absolute-joke

The first amendment of the Constitution states that: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” https://constitution.congress.gov/constitution/amendment-1/

According to College Navigator the student population for Auburn University, in Alabama is “31,764 (25,379 undergraduate).” https://nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/?q=auburn&s=all&id=100858#general  This means that 0.0062964362171011 percent of the student population was baptized.  This means 99.99370563782899 percent of the student population didn’t participate in the baptisms.  WHAT IS THE ISSUE?

FFRF states:  "These ongoing and repeated constitutional violations at the University create a coercive environment that excludes those students who don’t subscribe to the Christian views being pushed onto players by their coaches," it states.” https://www.foxnews.com/us/anti-religion-group-threatens-warn-auburn-university-after-200-kids-baptized-campus-absolute-joke

If this is such a coercive environment, why didn’t a larger percentage of the students participate?

I would venture to say that FFRF is doing what they are accusing the college of doing.  They are the ones creating a coercive environment.  May I ask where is the logic?
