On March 7, 2024 Chuck Schumer said ““Tonight, President Biden showed the American People that the state of our union  - and his leadership - is strong and only getting stronger with each passing day as we build back from the COVID-19 pandemic. On March 8, 2024 he reacted to the State of the Union “President Biden showed that "America is strong and Biden is strong," Schumer told "The View." https://abcnews.go.com/theview/video/sen-majority-leader-chuck-schumer-reacts-bidens-2024-107931019   These statements were also made two months before the presidential primaries. 

Hakeem Jefferies stated on March 7, 2024 “Tonight, President Biden delivered a powerful message of unity and a clear vision for the future. Over the last three years, we have made incredible progress, emerging from the depths of the COVID-19 pandemic as the strongest economy in the world. President Biden has a plan to build upon the progress that has been made and finish the job for the American people. 

President Biden and Democrats will move the country forward and grow the middle class. US News headlines of March 12,2024 state “President Joe Biden Has Won Enough Delegates to Clinch the 2024 Democratic Nomination

And so, the reporting from more and more news media declared Joe Biden had clinched the Democratic nomination. It was won by votes cast by United States citizens.  And now he is not running. How does that make your vote count, your voice count?  To heck with the Twenty-fourth Amendment. The Democratic National Convention pitches the Constitution. After all these years let’s just discard the law of the land. Democrats inferring “you don’t count.” Is that what you want for your country? 

You voted, you let your voice be heard. Now it doesn’t matter? 

The election should go forth with the candidates that won the nominations by citizen votes. 

If they say Biden isn’t capable, they should have said so prior to the primaries.  So, you had an honest picture of who you were voting for. The best thing, in my view, is to follow the Constitution, acknowledge your vote, Biden’s victory. Move forward with the campaign and November election. Then let everything else play out.  

Did you contribute money to Biden’s campaign? If you did, do you want the Democrats stealing that money to gain their agenda? Do you want unknown people stealing control of your government? They supported Biden in the primaries. Then they not only put pressure on him to withdraw but withdrew funding. Some of that funding is not just from lobbyists, corporations, and government officials with visions of grandeur and power, but from everyday people like you and me.

We the people are the government, not corporations, not people set on gaining power for their own advantage. We the people must make our voices heard, and not have our liberties stolen from us.
